Yum Box will only deliver to addresses within New Zealand.
Once your order is placed and payment received, we aim to have your order to you within 3-5 working days however as we use a 3rd party to deliver all goods this cannot be guaranteed, WE ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE FEEDBACK ON OUR SHIPPING TIMES

All Rural deliveries (RD) – additional $2.50
All orders over $100 are FREE FREIGHT.
Shipping costs are based on location.
If your order is to go to a rural delivery address.
You must select one of the three rural delivery options, Bay of Plenty Rural Delivery, rest of North Island Rural Delivery or South Island Rural Delivery.
Missing or Damaged Orders
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. And we aim to have your delivery to you within 3-5 working days however If you have placed an order and believe it has gone missing you must notify us within 14 days of placing the order. If your delivery is damaged or you need to return an item/s for any reason please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
If you need to return a product please do so within 3 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. As to who pays the Return shipping charges that is decided on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Yum Box. Returns can be posted to Yum Box, 21 Waterside Drive, Pyes Pa, Tauranga, no refund will be given for any return due to change of mind however at the discretion of Yum Box store credit can be arranged. All refunds are at the discretion of Yum Box however our heart is always to make sure your experience with yum box is amazing and obviously we will always stay within the confines of NZ law.
Every care is taken to list products and prices correctly. However in the unlikely event that a product is listed on the Yum Box website incorrectly. Yum Box reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect information presented. Yum Box reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Yum Box shall issue a credit to your card account in the amount that was taken from your card for the goods in question. All products and prices are subject to change without notice and only available while stocks last.
If you have selected a shipping option that does not apply to you, Yum Box reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order, or charge for the correct shipping, this will be discussed with you and no extra payment will be taken for shipping without written consent in the form of an email to email@example.com, in the event that you have overpaid on your shipping due to your own fault Yum Box is happy to offer a store credit to the amount of difference.
